I’m available to see clients for in-person sessions in Dingley, Melbourne and online using Zoom across Australia, and worldwide.

Some clients come for one or two sessions to clear a particular block or find solutions and strategies. Others work with me for years, either through regular long term appointments, or dipping in and out as they manage life’s challenges. You are completely in control – I am led by your needs.

Mindfulness for Corporate Clients

I pride myself on being an exceptional listener with an innate ability to ‘get’ my clients.

I work for you and with you, so you feel supported yet appropriately challenged.

Some of the theories and modalities I use include Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Focusing Oriented Therapy (FOT), Solution Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness practices and Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping). In our work together we will utilise the approach that best suits what you are needing and wanting at this point in time.

You don’t need a referral or a mental health care plan.
I am registered with BUPA and GMHBA and some other private health insurers, for rebates, if you have extras cover, for counselling or psychological services.
